The Museum of Kyoto 京都文化博物館
The Museum of Kyoto, literally the Kyoto Culture Museum (京都文化博物館) is located in an historic Bank of Japan building that dates from the Meiji period. The museums permanent exhibition is dedicated to the history and culture of the ancient capital. The museum hosts major cultural, historical and art related exhibitions as well.
