Kyoto Garden Tulips and Chabana After Morning Rain

Greetings from Kyoto

The last few weeks the tulips have been blooming in my little garden. This morning, after a night of heavy rain, I went out to have a look around and took a few photos. Elsewhere, in the garden the chabana ‘tea flowers’ are also blooming. Chabana are flowers that are used to decorate the tea room in the Japanese tea ceremony. Chabana should be simple and natural in their beauty and are usually wild.
