Mochi Cream Store in Kyoto

I'm heading to Kyoto for the weekend later this month and it happens to be conveniently timed before a friend's birthday. Does anyone know if there's a Mochi Cream shop in Kyoto? She's addicted to them and I'd love to pick her up some if I can. (I mean the full-on, official Mochi Cream brand.)

I could always hop on the Hankyu line for Osaka and go to the one in Umeda, but that seems a bit excessive. :)

Hello k8isgrape,

No need to go all the way to Osaka for some Mochi Cream! There is a Mochi Cream store in Kyoto in the food court (B1 level) of Daimaru Department Store near Shijo-Karasuma intersection. (Hankyu Karasuma Station or Subway Karasuma Station)

Excellent, thank you! I'm only living in Japan for another month. I need one last Mochi Cream fix!

(Unless I can convince the airline home to let me store it in their fridge. Hmm...)
