This morning I enjoyed my ‘traditional’ New Year’s breakfast: Uni and Ikura Doburi and a bottle of Moet & Chandon Imperial Rosè Champagne.
This is a really excellent way to begin the year! My own personal superstition is that this luxurious first meal of the year ensures that the coming year will one of ease and prosperity. It worked last year!
