It was my hope that refrigeration was not necessary for a sealed bottle, I can see how
it would be difficult, perhaps some other time, some other way.
Yes – KyotoFoodie though I do also have the RSS for the Diary and Taste Spotting as well.
The level of detail and the coverage of subjects (the making of Nukazuke/Nukadoko from scratch for instance) is very much appreciated and is not something easily found in English, all the more valuable.
